Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of best-in-class Managed Services for external & internal stakeholders. Projects will involve software installations, technical infrastructure installations, and business as usual handover activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the stakeholder’s expectations and ensure that the delivered project meets or exceeds those expectations.
  • Ability to efficiently plan projects and delivering them within the agreed budget and timescale.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced business with enterprise clients, whilst retaining a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Define project scopes and responsibilities in conjunction with sales, pre-sales, technical lead(s) and management.
  • Efficiently plan projects and manage resources allocated to the project.
  • Liaise with clients and project sponsors as a key member of the delivery team, managing the deliverables and responsibilities with diplomacy and tact.
  • Manage project risks and escalate changes in risk profile, effects on deliverables and any financial impact.
  • Monitor progress and manage project scope throughout the duration of the project. Maintain and communicate accurate forecasts, project plans and status reports.
  • Resilient, and able to execute on a plan even when encountering challenges.
  • Self-organised and able to manage competing priorities.
  • As a key member of the PMO team, support in establishing high standards.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience working in data analytics, BI or related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Project, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong team ethic, leadership skills and responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Scrum or other agile development processes.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM to practitioner levels).
