Will founded William James Consultants along with Connor back in 2018. Will and Connor met at college and have been joined at the hip ever since. They both attended the same university in Southampton and then joined the same recruitment company before setting up WJC. Connor however, was the only one to graduate out of the two!

Will is still very hands on, helping our clients find talent within the Business Intelligence space as well as looking after the operations and training/mentoring the recruiters.

In his spare time, you will either find him in the gym, playing football or following his beloved Leeds United up and down the country.
